- Food: blueberries and cereal and yoghurt, avocado cheese and biscuits, chicken and bacon and mozzarella with salad and chips
- Snacks/desserts: strawberries and cream yoghurt
I woke up today with a very stiff neck. I think I was so gung ho in my yoga session yesterday that a tweaked the old war wound (whiplash). Thusly I decided to work from home and take it easy today. I felt a bit guilty not doing any exercise but felt as though my body needed a break after all those crazy classes.
Back in the wagon tomorrow. My am yoga classes has been cancelled, so I'll have to think of something else to do. Energetic shopping? Maybe some just dance on the Wii fit? Let's see
