- Exercise: diddly squat (that's none - not a new type of exercise)
- Drink: glass of wine
- Eat: fruit salad and yoghurt for brekkie; soup and break for lunch; salmon and salad for tea
- Snack: dried apricots, dark chocolate and dates
Energy low :( A few days of exercising a lot and it's catching up on me. I just want to sleep. Tonight I am due to go to yoga, but part of me fantasizing about our comfortable sofa. Will I make it? Common sense tells me that a rest day could be a good idea.
Perhaps I'll instead do some cleaning and washing. Pretty unexciting but with being away for all these exercise classes, the house is turning into a tip.
Later: aah what a glorious evening. I slobbed around and made a nice dinner. Now I'm tucked up with a good book. This is the life!
