- Food: 2 slices of toast for brekkie, salad with cheese for lunch; pasta,veg & halloumi for dinner
- Snacks: Galaxy caramel (oops)
Today I'm back at work (boo) and back on track (yay). I was planning to go to a yoga & relaxation class, but decided I'd rather shake my thang, so switched to the monday Zumba class. There I met my clone (matching reasons for being there, matching yoga freaks, matching tops, even matching tattoos) and did indeed shake my thang. I found myself watching the clock a little; the dancing felt pretty hard and I didn't have water to drink, but afterwards I felt great and was annoyingly chirpy for the rest of the evening.
I still haven't stepped on the scales and am finding it rather liberating. I'm bopping around all day like a lemming on speed and my trousers fit again - surely that's all that matters?
