- Exercise: Yoga
- Drink: sml glass red wine
- Food: Yoghurt, cereal & blueberries for brekkie, salad for lunch, beef curry and rice for tea
- Snacks/deserts: banana, fruit bar, half avocado
Day 5 and I ache. I've spent all day trying not to lurch around moaning like an extra in a low budget zombie film.
Given that I looked something like this...
I expected that yoga was going to be something like this...
Instead it was like this...
Wierd.
Of course now I'm back to this...
I give up...
