- Exercise: Gardening & cleaning for a few hours
- Drink: One big beer
- Food: Eggs benedict for brekkie, slither of toast and cheese for lunch, homemade burger and salad for tea.
- Snacks/deserts: a few squares of chocolate, 1/2 an avo
So this was day 1, and a Sunday. I was away for the weekend so didn't try to be good. Overall I feel pleased with the first day. I kept active for most of the day, and didn't drink or eat too much (mostly because I was still recovering from overindulging on Sat, which is not so good). In future I'll try to swap the beer for a glass of wine, but other than that pretty happy.
