- Exercise: none
- Drink: small white wine
- Food: 2 slices brown toast with butter and marmite for brekkie, soup and salad for lunch, fish pie and salad
- Snacks/deserts: cracker and cheese x 2
Day two and I'm back at work. The first thing I worried about this morning was which clothes I could wear that wouldn't be too tight. I'm not too worried about weight, but really keen to get back to my previous size so I don't have to buy a whole new wardrobe! My exercise today is Zumba, which I've just booked online. I'm really hoping I have some proper trainers in the car or I could be doing the class in my converse shoes (or going for a run!)
I'm finding it a bit more difficult than normal to figure out when I should stop eating. Perhaps this is the cause behind my weight gain? This morning I was halfway through my second slice of toast and thought 'I could actually happily stop eating now'. But I didn't (hate throwing away food). Oops! Tomorrow I'll be good and just grab the one slice.
Maybe I'll be super organised and take some before pics tonight (lovely!)

Later: what is it they say about best laid plans? Unfortunately i completely forgot about the fact my parents were visiting so I had to dash home without attending the class. On the plus side it was lovely to see them and despite the fact that they were glugging lovely wine, I managed to be very well behaved and only drunk a glass.
