Active June 30 day challenge - Day 11 - 15

Day 11 - 15

  • Exercise: walking/biking
  • Eating: lots of fresh German bread, steak, salads, sausage
  • Drinking: lots of German beer and wine
So I've merged all these posts into 1. My healthy month was derailed slightly during a long weekend in Berlin with my partner and some friends. Needless to say I drank too much, and ate too much. It's difficult to carry on a healthy kick when you have access to so many nice treats and are surrounded by people taking advantage of them.

My consolation is that I did do a lot of walking and biking; spending much of the day on my feet seeing the sights.

This week I'm planning to be back on track; Monday with yoga, tuesday with fit ball and pilates, wednesday with LBT, thursday with more yoga and friday with cardio aerobics. Hopefully all that activity will burn off all of that Berliner beer. Oops!
