- Food: 2 egg on toast for brekkie; apple and mini sausages for lunch; burgers for dinner

The last weekend on my Active June challenge. It's gone past so quickly; already looking forward to my next challenge.
This weekend I went to visit the parents so not much in the way of exercise (unless a rush around IKEA counts!) We went out for a meal so I offered to drive in order not to be tempted by the many yummy wines on offer - but ended up having a second glass when I got home. It made a nice change not to wake up in the middle of the night feeling dehydrated as I usually do when visiting my parents (they do enjoy quaffing wine and have many delicious bottles to tempt one). Instead I woke up in the middle of the night feeling hayfeverish. Oh dear.
I also found an old pair of jeans in one of my drawers and wiggled into them easily. They're a low rise pair - the kind that mix with muffin tops as well as tuna mixes with peanut butter (and I'd know). But with my now flat(ish) tummy they look ok. Score!
