300k steps in July - Day 3


  • Steps: 12,150 (263,400 to go)
  • Exercise: Walking, walking, walking
So I've definitely nailed the trick with this. The trick to get lots of steps is to.... go for walks. It's no good, no matter how enthusiastically I jiggle my arms whilst in my exercise classes, or how energetically I cook the dinner, there's just no substitution for getting out at lunchtime for a power walk. The downside of the hot weather is I came back a bit of a hot sweaty mess, with blisters on my little toes. The upside was that it was lovely and I felt on top of the world.
