Today I mostly walked. It's a rest day, but walking is allowed so I made the most of it.
Most of the time when I try to walk, or stand up even, my legs go wibble. And I was very conservative with the weights I used (seriously, I put the 1.25kg yellow weights on my bar for most of it and used the 1kg hand weights - it was literally not possible to be any more lame).
How long will it take me to be less of a wimp? I should tailor my exercises to focus on improving on my resistance stuff... but I'd miss my other classes (jeez I never thought I'd say that!!)
