Today I went out for a short walk midmorning and a longer one at lunchtime. It was really nice to get out in the sunshine and as a result I managed to knock 8k off of target before even leaving work (I think pedometer is overestimating my steps a little whilst walking but shush).
After my standard evening class (lb&t with literally 20 mins of crunches) I noticed that I was over the 12k point!
As of right now I'm at 13,708! Yay me!
