Today I discovered Body Conditioning (a.k.a. Body Pump). Wow! I totally loved it. I'm definitely going to do a challenge next month that will focus on resistance/weight training. Unfortunately I am predisposed to build up muscle easily (yes a 'Mesomorph'... drat), so one of the questions I'll be looking into is how I can gain long, lean muscle in the right places without looking like a hulk. And yes, I know that every article/book says you definitely won't be a hulk after working out if you are a woman, but they haven't put on a shirt the day after a weights workout and found it's tight already (waa).
