300k steps in July - Day 17

Back at yoga today and I was strong. The additional cardio, core strength and weights work has brought a whole new dimension to my yoga practice that I'm loving.

So... I'm already planning and scheming for my next challenge. I feel a bit embarrassed about this because I'm only half way through this challenge. But this is so me... looking forward to the next thing whilst half way through the current one.. like those smokers who are looking forward to lighting up the next cigarette whilst they've already got one in their mouth (aah, for some reason this gave me a mental picture of Ab Fab's Pasty lighting up 3 cigarettes at once).

Anyway, what was I saying... ah. So I'm starting off with Basal Metabolic Rate. Oh my goodness it is so unnecessarily complicated, and so easy to get wrong and SABOTAGE your weightloss efforts. I'm going to do another post to address because it needs to be straightened out.
