Today I have mostly had DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). It got progressively worse throughout the day despite me repetitively getting up, going for a walk and stretching out my muscles. Mostly in my thighs (eesh - darned barbell squats). Ouchie.
I've decided my body is telling me I need a rest... and it'll probably be telling me the same thing tomorrow so I'll take a day off then too if required.
You might be thinking this will put me off. Heck no - I'm still in love at first lift with the Body Pump class and I'm going to sign up to next week's class now. Yay.
