- Did I manage it? Yes! I had a few days a was under target, but over the 30 days I averaged over 11k steps a day (including the naughty days) and clocked in over 340k steps.
- Will I keep it up? Yes(ish). I won't aim to do 10k steps every single day, but just going out for walks during the day and walking instead of driving where possible are definitely practices I'll keep up. I'll also keep wearing my loop and make sure I get some walking in if I've had a particularly sedentary day.

Overall I'm very happy with this month. Walking has been unbelievably helpful for my overall mood and health. When I'm feeling a bit stressed/bothered at work I just pop out for a 20 minute walk round the lake and return feeling so much more invigorated and ready to get my head down.
In terms of the numbers I have lost a bit more weight and really slimmed down. Note I have kept up my previous level of exercise and improved my diet slightly so it's not just the walking - although there is no doubt in my mind that this was a massive help and contributor. Also, the sunshine and fresh air has really given me a bit of a tanned/freckly 'glow' - my Vitamin D levels are probably looking darn skippy right now.
