One month later...

What a busy few weeks! Illness, travel and various doings have derailed my yoga lesson attendance and a wedding at the weekend will derail yet further. But feelings of guilt aside my practice is continuing, and yoga skills developing, thanks to my morning routine. I've settled in to a fairly happy Sivananda morning practice. Mostly because it includes my absolute favourite; the headstand. I find a bit of upside-downing in the morning pretty good for getting the blood flowing. My weight hasn't changed but I'm pretty sure my stomach is now flatter than it has ever been in my adult life.
